The Ministry
Beacon of Hope
is a ministry of Northmont Community Church. We are a faith- based ministry
that seeks to assist people in the Northmont community who find themselves
in need of assistance. We also want to minister to their spiritual needs
through prayer. We desire to share with people that there is a beacon
of hope available through Jesus Christ if we would only trust and lean
upon Him. We will be starting with a food pantry and expanding our services
as we are able.(Proverbs 3: 5,6: Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and lean not upon your own understanding, and He will direct your paths.)
Hours of Operation
Thursday Evenings
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. No appointment necessary, if you need assistance please
stop in during our regular hours of operation. If there is a more immediate
need, contact us at (937) 836-1069.
Donations
Donations are
accepted through Northmont Community Church Beacon of Hope Ministry, 5001
W National Rd, Clayton, Ohio 45315.
Clothing and Financial Assistance
We have clothing distributions twice per year. One distribution of clothes for spring and summer, the second for fall and winter. Please contact us for any specifics by email or call 836-1069 and leave a message for the Beacon of Hope personnel.
Beacon of Hope is able to offer limited help with financial needs for rent, and utilities. This requires an interview and appointments will be scheduled. The financial need must be documented with eviction notices or shut off notices
